Nutrition Editor

Hey I’m Sarah! I’m a freelance writer living in Las Vegas training as a full-time CrossFit athlete. I studied Communications at Northeastern University in Boston, then worked for 5 years as a CrossFit coach and personal trainer. After studying nutrition in 2020, I started 1-on-1 nutrition coaching to help teach that fueling your body doesn’t have to be overwhelming, restrictive, or stressful. Currently I’m combining my passions for fitness and writing by building out a blog — the RAD chronicles — which aims to demystify the world of sport, wellness, and nutrition.
